A pleasant day to all of you!

As we agreed upon in our meeting last month of May, we're going to have our first training session this month.

All teachers are encouraged to attend this training session for the sole purpose of improving our teaching skills. Based on the result of the

first grammar exam and the quality assurance that I conducted,  we concluded that it's essential for us to have a training to empower our abilities in teaching and broaden more our knowledge about our field.

We came up with a plan to divide the teachers into two groups for each shift. Each group will be given some topics to be discussed in the training. Basically, our topics will focus on the basic lessons in English such as the following.

1.  Verb, Noun, Adjectives, Games

2. Conjunctions, Interjections, Pronoun, Clauses

3. Adverbs

4. Prepositions

The grouping will be determined randomly by drawing lots. Each group will work as a team in planning the lessons and the presentation. This is a good chance for you to bond and build a good relationship with each other while imparting knowledge to others as well. We don't want any divisions both for am and pm shifts and even within each shift so we expect your full support and participation in the said activity. Drawing lots will be done tomorrow, 2nd of June,2010. Please start to prepare as soon as possible.

The date of the training will be determined by the availabilty of the consensus. We have two options, this coming Saturday or Sunday. Please let me know your available day by confirming to this announcement.
