One of our goals is to provide useful and creative learning materials for the students. In line to that, the teachers are assigned to continue to create and develop modules that will cater to the interest and needs of the students. As mentioned earlier, this task is designated as part of the job aside from the teaching load. I assume everyone clearly understands the purpose of this assignment.

Scott wants us to accomplish at least two (2) modules every month. He wants to have a regular update of our website and modules. He explains that when we show an active and regularly updated website and modules, the company gains more credibility which eventually encourages students to register for our courses. Currently, we offer 10 courses. He wants to have 5 series of books for each course. Furthermore, we will continue to search for more interesting courses to give the students a wide array of modules to choose from. 

Every month, two teachers will be assigned to work on one (1) module. The duration of the preparation of the module is stated for you to budget your time wisely. I will give a time table for you to follow. Please observe strict compliance of the deadlines.

TIME TABLE

May 18 - distribution of the topics and preparation of the outline

May 20 - deadline of the outline

May 27 - submission of lessons 1-3

June 3 - submission of lessons 4-6

June 10 - submission of lessons 7-9

June 17 - submission of the final copy (10 lessons in total for each teacher)
