Please make sure to try 3 calls before canceling a class.

and for each call, keep listening to the dial tone 3 times at least.

 

I know this is annoying, but otherwise, we korean admin have to make a refund for the day.

Please be a little more patient so we don't hear any more complaints for the same matter from now on.
