1. OM POSITION
Job requirements are as follows,
- Minimum working experience in OME, 1 year.
- Offline working hours from 1 pm till 10:30 pm (9 hrs and a half)
- Online communication with Korean management available all the time (via kakaotalk)
- Be Diligent and Trustful at all times, responsible for all the issues from AM to PM
- Be responsible for hiring, managing teachers, distributing salary, quality assurnace, and other instructions from Korean management.
- Good communication skills and relationship with current employees.
- Be punctual and strict about house rules.
- Skillful in Microsoft Office (ExcelPowerpoint,Word)

2. AM Part timer position
- Minimum working experience in online teaching, 2 years.
- Offline working hours from 5 am till 9 am (4 hrs)
- Basic salary 7000 php + Incentives (during training days, 400 php per day)
- College degree required and English-related major preferred.
- Good personality and attentive to students.
- Time punctual and have a sense of responsibility.
- Regularization after 3 months guaranteed if not failed.

If your referral is confirmed, an incentive of 2000 PHP will be given (next cutoff right after contract)
