Good day to all!

First, the Admin would want to inform you that our plan to initiate the new evaluation programs for the teachers such as Monthly Grammar Exam and Monthly Quality Assurance were all executed well for this month. Thus, we would like to express our gratitude and appreciation for participating well.

However, the result of the Grammar Exam was not really satisfactory, sad but true. Needless to say, training and supplementary grammar lessons are necessary to enhance our knowledge about our field. Thus, we are going to have our first training this coming June. The details of the training will be discussed within the week. Please stand by for further announcement.

Moreover, the result of the Quality Assurance is already available. I spent time doing this job because I believe that this is one of the important foundations of our company. Upon listening to the files, I came across many things, both positive and negative.  

Teachers, I made the evaluation as objective as I could. I don't have any grudges to any of you for me to take this personally. I hope you are getting my point. I'm saying this because I was straightforward in my evaluation. I don't want you to feel offended nor discouraged to see

the result. Please be reminded that the reason you are here is because we believe that you are a good teacher. I mean no harm. Rather, I want you to be positive and take things as a challenge. I made the evaluation based on how you performed in the class and how I saw it. Comments were made and suggestions were given to hopefully develop more your teaching skills. If you have any objections or any concerns regarding this, please feel free to approach me.  I'll take time to listen and explain as well.

We want you to grow in this company. This is our heart. We believe in continuous learning and enhancement of our skills since this will benefit both ourselves and eventually, the company.

By the way, the top three teachers for this month will be announced today. Congratulations~! Way to go~!

We're about to start the month of June. We expect and believe for more. Let's do our best to make this month greater! Aja aja!! ^^;;
